Planning Your Meals
The meal planner in marinaid lets you assign recipes to days of the week. Your household sees the same plan, and you can send all the ingredients to your grocery list in one tap.
Adding a meal to the plan
- Go to Plan in the tab bar.
- Tap a day (or tap + next to a day).
- Search for or browse to a recipe and tap it to assign it.
You can assign multiple meals per day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Viewing the weekly plan
The planner shows a 7-day week view. Swipe left or right to navigate between weeks. Tap any recipe in the plan to open it.
Adding all ingredients to your grocery list
- On the weekly plan, tap Add to Grocery List.
- marinaid compiles all ingredients from every meal in the plan.
- Uncheck anything you already have, then tap Add.
Removing a meal from the plan
Swipe left on a meal in the plan and tap Remove, or long-press and choose Remove from Plan.
Tips
- Plan for the week on Sunday and generate your grocery list in one step before shopping.
- Reuse last week’s plan as a starting point by tapping Copy Last Week.
- The meal plan syncs with your household — everyone sees what’s for dinner.
