Billing & Refunds

How billing works

marinaid uses Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Your payment method on file with Apple is charged automatically on your renewal date. You’ll receive a receipt from Apple, not from Polpis LLC.

marinaid does not have access to your payment information.

Billing dates

  • Monthly plans renew on the same date each month.
  • Annual plans renew once per year.

You can see your next billing date in Settings → your name → Subscriptionsmarinaid.

Requesting a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not marinaid.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the marinaid charge and tap Report a Problem.
  3. Select a reason and submit your request.

Apple typically responds within a few days. Refund decisions are at Apple’s discretion.
