Sending Feedback

Your feedback is essential during the beta. Here’s how to share it.

From inside the app

  1. Open MarinAid and tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Send Feedback.
  3. Describe what you experienced or what you’d like to see changed.
  4. Tap Send — this goes directly to the development team.

Via TestFlight

When you take a screenshot in MarinAid, TestFlight may prompt you to send feedback with the screenshot attached. This is a great way to report visual bugs.

Via email

Email support@marinaid.app with:

  • A description of the issue or suggestion
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • Steps to reproduce (if reporting a bug)

What makes great feedback

  • Be specific — “The import button doesn’t work when I paste a New York Times link” is more helpful than “import is broken.”
  • Include screenshots — a picture is worth a thousand words, especially for UI issues.
  • One topic per message — this helps us track and prioritize each item.
