Your profile

marinaid uses your iCloud account for identity — there’s no separate username or password. Your display name comes from your iCloud account name.

To update it: go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Name, Phone, Email.

Household

marinaid lets you share recipes, grocery lists, and meal plans with your household. Everyone in the household uses the same shared data.

To set up a household:

1. Go to Account in the tab bar.
2. Tap Create Household.
3. Invite members by sharing the household invite link.

To join an existing household:

1. Open the invite link sent by a household member.
2. Tap Join Household.

To leave a household:

1. Go to Account → Household.
2. Tap Leave Household.

Note: Leaving a household does not delete your recipes — they remain in your private iCloud account.

App settings

Access settings by tapping the Account tab, then the gear icon in the top right.

Setting	Description
Appearance	Light, dark, or system default
Default serving size	Used when importing recipes
Notifications	Cooking timers and household activity

Deleting your data

To delete all your marinaid data, go to Account → Settings → Delete All Data. This removes your recipes, grocery list, and meal plan from iCloud permanently.
